The cottage is perfectly located just on the edge of the South Downs, walk up the hill and you are there...it is also just around the corner to Cooksbridge station for direct train links to London Victoria and the rest of the train network. A perfect commuter home, in the green, rural country side that is the South Downs.

An abundance of Footpaths, Bridle paths and country walks and Pubs with excellent food and yet just 15 minutes from Brighton centre for serious shopping or Lewes for a perfect Saturday morning at Bill’s and a stroll around the historic and quaint village.

And when Bonfire night comes around you are off to Lewes on foot to enjoy the most fantastic spectacle of fireworks in Europe.
